AB Testing and Content for Caffenu

Background

Caffenu is an ecommerce business that manufactures and sells coffee machine cleaning products. Last year the businesses revenue exceeded £1.2m. Caffenu have a product catalogue of over 30 variations with a well established presence in the US, Canada, the UK, and EU markets. I worked with Caffenu for around 3 years. During this time I created various pieces of content for them including 3D renders and photography that were utilised to enhance, grow and optimise their Amazon product listings. Alongside creating digital assets for Caffenu, I also implemented a strategy of AB testing that resulted in exceptional sales gains.

Strategy

The AB testing strategy allowed me test the efficacy of new content that myself and the greater team created. Over time this strategy allowed me to analyse trends in the data and pinpoint which aspects of content worked the best and resulted in the most purchases. This content was uploaded and tracked through Amazons 'Manage Experiments' dashboard. Alongside tracking the performance of the product visuals I created, I also provided full data analysis and creative direction for content that was produced by Caffenu's internal design team.

The Content

You can see below some of the recent content that I created for Caffenu. Over the two year period that I worked with Caffenu, the content created was adapted, different strategies implemented and various design changes tested.

The Results

For many of Caffenu's products I increased sales by well over 100%. These sales increases came without on-going costs meaning that not only sales were doubled for these products but profit too.

Results
Delivered a 30% increase in average conversion rates across updated product detail pages. Boosted engagement with the brand during peak season, leading to higher visibility and stronger campaign performance. Established a collaborative design process that remains in use, streamlining Incognito’s future content development.

Impact
This project demonstrates how campaign execution isn't just about visuals but effective systems and execution that align with both sides of the stakeholders. By modernising Incognito’s ecommerce content and introducing a scalable workflow, I helped the brand not only achieve immediate sales growth, but also gain the tools to sustain momentum for future campaigns. In addition to this the quantitative results speak for themself.
